Processing Time

  • Transactions are processed within minutes.
  • A withdrawal hold is placed on all accounts using eCheque to deposit until all deposits have cleared. eCheque deposits normally clear in seven banking days.
  • For withdrawals, funds are usually available in eight to 12 banking days. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank.
  • Withdrawals over $10,000 CAD (or equal value) may require longer processing times, and international financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

Your maximum deposit amount increases as each transaction is cleared. The first deposit maximum is $100 and your limit increases to $3000. The limit displayed in the Cashier page will show your current maximum deposit amount.

Fees

  • Pinnacle absorbs all eCheque transaction fees for deposits to your Pinnacle account.
  • Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
  • Additional withdrawals during that month incur the fee listed in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. Whenever possible we absorb transaction fees; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

  • Clients may have only one active bank account with Pinnacle for eCheque transactions. Once registered, the bank account may not be changed and will be used for all future eCheque transactions.
  • eCheques are sent in Canadian currency only.
  • If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle account using eCheque, payouts must be processed back to the same bank account used for your eCheque deposits up to, but not limited to, the amount initially deposited.

All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) or that cannot be collected for any other reason by Pinnacle will be void. For accounts with negative balances, any pending plays, whether from the NSF deposit or not, will be cancelled. If the NSF deposit is subsequently cleared, the client is eligible to receive payment for his original deposit only. This policy applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

Accounts with transactions that are later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) are subject to restrictions on future funding options or permanent closure of your Pinnacle account.

Ensuring your eCheque Details Are Correct

  • Account Holder Name: The name at bank and as at Pinnacle must match.
  • Account Number: This is usually from the sixth number onwards.
